Salary:                         Range $16.00 to $17.00 per hour depending upon work experience.

Requirements for Applying

Mendota Township High School, District #280, is accepting resumes, three letters/contact names of reference, copy of educational credentials, for an Administrative Assistant/Secretary position in the Principals’ Office.  Technology skills including Word, Excel, and Google Docs preferred, and a willingness to receive training in the district’s student management software (SDS) and successful completion of a computer proficiency test is required.  High school diploma, preferably supplemented by course work in office and computer skills. 

To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. The type of person who may consider applying is one that is people-oriented, can multi-task, understands secretarial duties, and is highly organized. The person must complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines while keeping schedules for the principal, assistant principal, dean, teachers, and events.
