Mendota High School Guidance Information

• To request a transcript, please call 815-539-7446 x 548. You must provide your full name as it was when you attended MHS, your year of graduation, and the complete postal address of the school, employer, agency, or personal location to which you would like the official transcript mailed.  There is no charge for the service.

Career And College Information

• Illinois Student Assistance Commission  This page has information on career planning, college, financial planning, and financial aid.  One of our counselors best sites!

• Illinois Career Information System  It is a tool for career exploration with information about occupations, educational requirements, schools, and financial aid sources, including specific scholarships. Go to the site, click on Internet CIS, and enter Illinois for the ID and careers for the password.

• ACT Information - MHS is an ACT testing site for some national test dates. Mendota High School's ACT school code is 142-880. Our ACT testing site code is 158570. Contact Mr. Landgraf for information.
