Levy Hearing Minutes

December 19, 2005

            The Levy Hearing of the Board of Education of Mendota Township High School District No. 280, LaSalle, Bureau, and Lee Counties, Illinois was held in the high school boardroom on Monday, December 19, 2005 at 7:00 p.m., pursuant to rule with a quorum present.

            President Bauer called the hearing to order.  Roll call was taken.  Upon roll call the following members were recorded as present:  Vercimak, Burke, Flahive, Holdenrid, Strouss, and Bauer.  Absent was Jauch. 

            Supt. Prusator gave a brief overview of the proposed levy.  Bauer asked for questions or comments.  There were no public comments.

            With no further discussion on the levy; a motion was made by Bauer, seconded by Holdenrid to adjourn the Levy Hearing.  The vote was unanimous by acclamation.

            The hearing adjourned at approx. 7:10 p.m.
